On the ground floor you have the indoor bicycle shed, at the back there is the terrace for those who like to get fresh air, eat outside or study. There is also a storage room where you will find cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner.

The shared areas are cleaned by the cleaning crew every 2 weeks.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen available for duo room 2 and room 3, the larger kitchen on the 1st floor is for 7 rooms (2 double rooms and 6 single rooms).

Each room has one kitchen cabinet, kitchen drawer and refrigerator compartment available. Duo rooms have this double.

Both kitchens have: space for washing dishes, electric hobs, fridge, freezer, microwave, pots and pans.

For better burglary prevention, there are a total of 3  doors between the facade and your studio, for which you only need 1 key.

In your room you use the key to switch the heating and light on/off when you enter or leave the room.
